Everybody at Start Training would like to congratulate Vanessa on winning our star of the month award for January.
Vanessa is currently working full time at Blackburn Hospital as a Health Care Assistant, caring for patients whom have Dementia and or awaiting for assessment.
Vanessa has just completed her Health and Social Care Level 3 Qualification, which she thoroughly enjoyed completing. She has now gained more confidence and has a much better insight into legislations, policies and procedures.
Vanessa would like to complete her Level 5 qualification, after a short break though.
